1963 Received the President award as the best juvenile artist of Radio East Pakistan
1964 Received the best acting award for stage performance
1967-73 Study at "Bangladesh College of Arts & Crafts" in Dhaka, received "Bachelor of FineArts"
1968-70 Various performances for Radio and Television in Dhaka
1972-76 Newscaster, ”Bangladesh Television and Radio”
1973 Played a major role in a renowned feature film ‘’Abar Tora Manush Ho”
1975-76 Appointed as an interpreter at British High Commission, Dhaka
1976 Arrived in (West) Germany, Scholarship from German Academic Exchange Service
1978 Scholarship from Goethe-Institut, Germany
1981-86 Higher study at the Cologne Technical School of Art and Design under Professor Werner Schriefers, Germany, Graduation with Laudatio
1988 Received the highest degree in painting ‘’Master Student’’ of Cologne Technical School of Art and Design
